• Booking & Stay: Dates, room category, preferences, special requests, transaction identifiers and invoices.
• Payments: Processed via authorized payment gateways. We do not store full card details.
• Website Analytics: Cookies, Google Analytics, and Facebook Pixel to measure traffic and improve experience.

How We Use Data

• To process bookings, payments and verify identity at check‑in.
• To send confirmations, pre‑arrival information, receipts and post‑stay communication.
• To analyze and improve our website/services (aggregate statistics).
• To comply with legal obligations (including police/immigration formalities for foreign nationals).

Sharing & Disclosure

• We do not share personal data with OTAs or channel managers.
