Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation: full refund for cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date.
• 50% refund: for cancellations made 2 to 7 days before the arrival date.
• No refund: for cancellations made within 2 days of the arrival date.
• No-show and early departure: may be charged for the entire stay at the management's discretion.
• Advance: a minimum 50% advance is required to confirm a booking.

Refund Timelines

• Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank/PG processing times may vary.

Special/Non‑Refundable Rates

Some promotional or discounted rates may be clearly marked as non‑refundable at the time of booking; those terms will prevail.

Modifications

Changes to dates/room category are subject to availability and applicable fare differences/fees.
