• Full Refund: Cancellations made ≥ 72 hours before check‑in.
• 50% Charges: Cancellations made between 48–72 hours before check‑in.
• No Refund: Cancellations made < 48 hours before check‑in.
• No‑Show: 100% of booking amount will be charged.

• Approved refunds are initiated within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Bank/PG processing times may vary.

Special/Non‑Refundable Rates

Some promotional or discounted rates may be clearly marked as non‑refundable at the time of booking; those terms will prevail.
