Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern all online/offline reservations, stays, and use of facilities at Hotel Royal Palace. By booking a room or checking in, you agree to these Terms.

Check-in / Check-out

• Check-in: 10:00 AM
• Check-out: 09:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.

Identification & Guest Registration

• Valid Government photo ID is mandatory for all room guests at check-in (Aadhaar/Passport/Driving Licence/PAN, as applicable).
• All occupants must complete and sign the Guest Self‑Declaration & Registration Form at check-in.
• Foreign nationals’ details will be recorded as per Form C norms and applicable law.

Children, Extra Guests & Extra Bed

• Children below 5 years: Complimentary stay; no extra bed provided.
• Children 5 years and above: Chargeable at the hotel’s extra child rate and an extra bed will be provided.
• Extra person/extra bed: Chargeable as per room category.

Payments, Taxes & Deposits

• Tariffs are in INR. GST applies on room tariff and eligible services as per Government regulations.
• We may pre-authorize payment cards or collect a refundable deposit against incidentals.

House Rules (acknowledged in Self‑Declaration)

• Visitors: Visitor entry to rooms is restricted; unregistered visitors are allowed only in public areas unless registered at the front desk with valid ID (additional charges may apply).
• Non-smoking rooms: Smoking/evidence of smoking in non‑smoking rooms may attract cleaning charges/penalties.
• Prohibited items/acts: Possession/use of illegal substances, weapons, explosives or hazardous items is strictly prohibited.
• Noise & nuisance: Please respect fellow guests; excessive disturbance may lead to eviction without refund.
• Safety & facilities: Use of any facility is at guests’ own risk and subject to posted rules. CCTV is active in common areas for safety.
• Minors: Guests under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian with valid ID.

Damage & Liability

• Any damage to hotel property caused by the guest/co‑occupants must be paid for before check‑out.
• The hotel is not responsible for loss/theft of valuables not deposited with the hotel where such facility is available.
• Parking (if provided) is at vehicle owner’s risk.

Cancellations, No‑shows & Modifications

Handled as per our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Modifications are subject to availability and applicable charges.

Force Majeure

The hotel is not liable for delays/failures due to events beyond reasonable control (natural calamities, strikes, government orders, utility failures, etc.).

Jurisdiction

All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Jalgaon courts.
